I had some cards from some other companies and started reaching out. Some never called back, others seems overly pushy, and the rest were getting a bad reputation on Nextdoor. Looking around I could see nearly all my neighbors went with Roof Source, so I gave them a call. I got a hold of Charles Lane who was already familiar with the area and said he'd be right over to take a look at my roof. Sure enough he showed up on time and was able to quickly assess my roof. Next day I got an email and he started working with my insurance company as the project manager for the roof replacement. Charles was able to walk me through the process of dealing with insurance, the solar companies, and each step of the entire project. He was always communicative and able to reach either by text, phone, or coming by the house. He really did a lot of heavy lifting with the details which helped a lot because of my busy schedule. Roof Source was incredibly flexible and agile when it came to scheduling around my solar company. Honestly I was blown away. The crew was able to do the entire job in a single day, which is incredible. One of my neighbors went with a different company and it took 3 days to do a much smaller job. After the work was complete Charles did a through walk through in the evening and did another detailed cleaning check the next morning. The roof looks amazing and their crew did an excellent job with the cleaning. 100% I will go with Charles and Roof Source the next time a big hail storm comes through!
