  After a series of trips over the spring and summer I finally had enough time to follow up on roof repairs from that big hail storm in May.  I had some cards from some other companies and started reaching out.  Some never called back, others seems overly pushy, and the rest were getting a bad reputation on Nextdoor.  Looking around I could see nearly all my neighbors went with Roof Source, so I gave them a call.  I got a hold of Charles Lane who was already familiar with the area and said he'd be right over to take a look at my roof.  Sure enough he showed up on time and was able to quickly assess my roof.  Next day I got an email and he started working with my insurance company as the project manager for the roof replacement.  Charles was able to walk me through the process of dealing with insurance, the solar companies, and each step of the entire project.  He was always communicative and able to reach either by text, phone, or coming by the house.  He really did a lot of heavy lifting with the details which helped a lot because of my busy schedule.  Roof Source was incredibly flexible and agile when it came to scheduling around my solar company. Honestly I was blown away.  The crew was able to do the entire job in a single day, which is incredible.  One of my neighbors went with a different company and it took 3 days to do a much smaller job.  After the work was complete Charles did a through walk through in the evening and did another detailed cleaning check the next morning.  The roof looks amazing and their crew did an excellent job with the cleaning.  100% I will go with Charles and Roof Source the next time a big hail storm comes through!

  We had our roof replaced by Roof Source with the help of Charles Lane as our project manager and the whole process was FANTASTIC. Charles and Roof Source are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Charles worked closely with our insurance which was a huge help. The crew was so fast and respectful of our home and the fact that have little kids and dogs, so they kept the area really safe and clean.   I worked with Charles Lane at Roof Source after he was recommended to me by someone I volunteer with. Charles was responsive and answered my many questions and really worked with me on the price of replacing my roof since my insurance policy wasn’t up to snuff. He got me on the schedule quickly and his crew was done in one day. The crew was very respectful of my property and did any amazing job cleaning up after themselves, which I can’t say I have had the same experience with other work done at my house. He also addressed any questions I had after the roof installation was complete.   After one of the bad hail storms we had this year, the roof on my apartment building was toast. I worked with Charles Lane at Roof Source and could not have been happier with the outcome, and most importantly: how I was treated. Charles went above and beyond to ensure that the damage was completely fixed, and even found damage that resulted in some upgrades to the property. The high quality shingles that were installed included a complimentary upgrade that lowered my insurance.
