Our inspections are based on observing visible elements while walking over the roof surface. We prioritize the roof’s ability to shed water effectively rather than its appearance or style of covering.
Based on our findings and visual inspection, we certify that under normal circumstances, the current roof covering will remain leak-free for five years from the inspection date.
Our certification does not cover damage caused by severe weather conditions, foot traffic on the roof cover, natural disasters, or installations such as skylights, solar panels, or other heat/cool units. Additionally, our certification applies solely to the main structure’s livable area and does not extend to patio covers, attached porches, or detached garages.
